The Tocumen Airport in Panama revealed that this aeroterminal 98% was recorded revival in the concessions business, maintaining jobs and serving passengers.
Recently, the airport administration had indicated that the air activity was recovering and that currently from Tocumen they already arrive at 63 destinations in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, South America and Europe.
They also indicated that between January and May 2021 there was a movement of 2,348,464 passengers between national and international flights.
It must be remembered that during the COVID-19 pandemic, air and tourism activity was one of the most affected.
Among other statistics recently offered by the Airport authorities, they pointed out that more than 80% of the passengers who arrive at the Tocumen International Airport are travelers in transit, that is, short and free stays in the international area.
