Given the decision of the Panamanian Football Federation ( Fepafut ) to only allow the entry of people vaccinated against COVID-19 to the Rommel Fernández Stadium for the Panama games against Costa Rica and Mexico, attendees must present the white QR code enabled for these sports events.
This QR Code is available for locals at www.panamadigital.gob.pa, click VACCINATION link on the top left.
The Authority for Government Innovation (AIG) enabled a special section called SPORTS EVENT / SAFE MOBILITY QR.
Those who see the green QR code can automatically download the blank QR code.
In case the QR code does not appear in green, people must click on the SPORTS EVENT / SAFE MOBILITY QR submenu, complete the form, attach vaccination card and event ticket.
Once these steps are completed, the QR code will be processed in less than 24 hours, according to AIG, and will be sent to your email.
The AIG explains that the white QR code will only be used for the match, and once it is read at the entrance it will be disabled.
Foreigners who attend the game must complete the Digital Affidavit by going to viajes.panamadigital.gob.pa, and upload the vaccination card.
