These are the countries you can send parcels from Panama

The director of Correos Panama, Julio Ramírez announced that Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, El Salvador, the United States, the Dominican Republic, and Uruguay are the nations of America that make up the list to send postal shipments, parcels, EMS, Ordinary and recommended letter post.
Ramírez also reported that Panama will be receiving parcels from anywhere in the world, and as the rest of the countries that make up the Universal Postal Union confirm their international refund, an official communication will be made.

The reopening of the international parcel service began this week, according to the countries that sent their formal communication, through the Universal Postal Union.
