La enfermera Nitza Roa falleció este 25 de diciembre

The seventh nurse dies from COVID-19 in Panama

The National Association of Nurses of Panama (ANEP) confirmed the death of the seventh nurse due to the coronavirus.
Nurse Nitza Roa died at noon on Friday, December 25, as reported by her relatives to the association.

So far in the pandemic, the nurses who have died in the performance of their work, in addition to Roa, are: Josefina Zurita de Justiniani, Arva Worrel, Elvia Muñoz, Rita González de Gordón (retired), Abigail Solís and Jirenia González .

It should be noted that this union has not stopped asking the health authorities for more and better protection supplies to fight against this deadly virus.
