Sinaproc issues surveillance notice for rains, winds and storms until December 4
The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) of Panama issued a surveillance notice for the intensification of the low pressure system.
According to Etesa reports , rains, wind flows, abundant cloud cover, and qualifying storms are expected until December 4 over the country.
The entities indicated that the regions with the highest amounts of rainfall will be provinces and regions of the Panamanian Caribbean, the western sector of the Panamanian Pacific from Bocas del Toro to Colón and from Chiriquí to Veraguas, and the province of Darien.
