The National Civil Protection System of Panama (Sinaproc) issued a Warning of Vigilance before the of tropical wave No. 46 that could generate heavy rains and storms from this Monday, November 9.
The director of Sinaproc,
Carlos Rumbo pointed out that according to the Etesa Hydrometeorology bulletin, the effects of this storm could be perceived as of Thursday, with the generation of rains from
Costa Rica to western Venezuela and the Antilles.
The Etesa bulletin highlights that this intensification could generate the development of Tropical Depression 30 over the Caribbean Sea , between the Northwest and Northeast of Colombia, generating influence on the weather conditions for our region.
Monitoring is maintained in all provinces and counties nationwide. However, until Wednesday, rainy events and storms will occur as a result of local and regular atmospheric conditions, said Rumbo.
