The Savings Bank reported that as of July 1, a digital form will be available on the www.cajadeahorros.com.pa page for customers who need to continue under the flexibility of payments.

The bank explained that each client must send the form together with the documents that support their financial situation.

Once received by the bank, the advisors will contact you within a maximum period of 7 working days to carry out the evaluation of each case, to propose possible options for financial relief according to your budget.

The Savings Bank indicated that the products contemplated for this process are mortgage, auto, personal and credit card loans.

To achieve the reorganization of the commitments, in the case of salaried workers, applicants must present a letter of dismissal or reduction of salary, a sworn statement, statement of account or bank movements.

In the case of independent, they must present financial statements or bank movements, sworn statement or income statement.

The Savings Bank reiterated that customers should contact the bank before September 30.
