Remains of two missing minors after mudslides found in Ngäbe Buglé
The remains of two minors, reported as missing after landslides caused by the collateral effects of Hurricane Eta, were found by specialized personnel from the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) in Boca de Remedios, Ngäbe Buglé region.
On November 4, a landslide buried a family of six people between the ages of 1 and 35.
The rescuers set up a command post at the Boca de Remedios Basic School to continue coordinating the recovery of the other disappeared.
The Sinaproc will stay in Boca de Remedios for about ten days and will apply search techniques with squared patterns, on collapsed structures and other specialized knowledge.
