As of Monday, August 24, the offices of real estate, appraisals and wholesale distributors of non-food products will reopen. This was announced by the Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre, this Tuesday afternoon.
In addition, it was authorized to resume other construction works, among them, 19 more from the public sector, and 13 from private companies, for a total from 172 nationwide.
Sucre clarified that the bookstores are within the retail trade, therefore they can open as long as they remain within biosafety standards.
Likewise, in the provinces of Panama and West Panama, the restriction of circulation by hours according to ID number was eliminated, and mobility is maintained on specific days according to gender. Women will be able to circulate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and men will be able to circulate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
