According to meteorological reports from ETESA's Hydrometeorology, rains are forecast at the national level.
For this Friday, July 30, on the Pacific slope, rains with electricity activity are expected in the morning hours over the provinces of Veraguas, Darién, Coclé, Chiriquí and Panama Oeste. In addition to the Gulf and Bay of Panama, the Azuero Peninsula, East, North and Central Panama.
While for the afternoon showers with electrical activity are expected over Panama Oeste, Coclé, Veraguas, Chiriquí, Darién, Panama East, North and Center.
For the night, isolated light rains are expected along the slope.
The maximum temperatures will be oscillating between 27 ° C to 31 ° C over sectors of the Central Cordillera (between 24 ° C to 27 ° C).
Sinaproc recommends that the population follow the rules of the authorities and rescuers in general:
- To be pending in the updates of the notices and meteorological bulletins that the Direction of Hydrometeorology emits of the states of the weather.
- Avoid carrying out any activity outdoors, in the presence of electrical activity.
- Take precautionary measures and reminds them that under bad weather conditions there may be flooding of tributaries or streams, gusts of winds, frequent or occasional electrical activity.
