Provisional detention to apprehended suspect for jewelry store assault
Three armed individuals assaulted the jewelry store on July 22 and fled in a taxi that was waiting for them outside the premises.
A Guarantees judge ordered a precautionary measure for the provisional detention of a subject apprehended for his alleged connection to the robbery of a jewelry store, located in the Bella Vista district of Panama City.
The subject was charged with a crime against economic assets, in the form of aggravated robbery.

The vehicle had been leased by the accused today, who alleged at the hearing that it had been stolen.
His technical defense announced an appeal, for which a new hearing was scheduled before the Court of Appeals for next July 30, at 10:30 a.m.
