Plan to implement simulated companies in the ITSE to train professionals
ITSE explained that this project is based on the business simulation methodology for educational purposes (SeFed).
The Institute of Specialized Higher Education ( ITSE ) and the InForm Foundation of Spain hope to be able to sign an educational collaboration agreement in the coming months, with the aim of implementing an initiative of simulated companies for the training of professionals.
"The ITSE, in execution of its Action Plan for the first 100 days of management 2021 - 2025, met virtually with the inForm foundation of Spain, to find ways to implement the simulation of companies of the XXI century in the classrooms of classes at the Institute, in order to find the tools for the integral development of the student, in which the know-how is enhanced ", details the Itse in a statement.
He explains that through this initiative, which is based on the business simulation methodology for educational purposes (SeFed), ITSE students will be able to experience between 40 and 300 hours of classes in a real environment that they will find once they enter the market labor or entrepreneurship.
"With this measure, the Institute hopes to guarantee the competent professionals that the different productive sectors of the country are requiring and lead Panama towards sustainable development," he says.
