People have to know how tall their house is to request activities with a capacity of 100%

People have to know how tall their house is to request activities with a capacity of 100%

"It is not the total of the house, that there are areas where people will not be, those areas should not be counted for the capacity," explained Yaritzel Ríos.
Authorities from the Ministry of Health (Minsa) explained this Thursday that when talking about the capacity of 100% in activities, they refer to the fact that 100% of the people who attend must have their complete vaccination scheme.

“Which means 100% is 100% vaccinated, people have to request the activity from the Regional Health Directorate and the Regional Health Directorate will then issue a response note and will deliver this sticker so that they can locate it in the corresponding place or at home… what we want is for all the activities to be carried out, but for it to be with vaccinated people because that ensures that we control this disease that is in community transmission of moderate incidence ”, said Max Ramírez, chief of Public Health of San Miguelito.

In this sense, the regional director of Health of San Miguelito, Yaritzel Ríos, explained that in the case of activities in homes, the person who is going to make the request has to know what the size of the request is, specifically the area where the activity will be carried out without including the other spaces where there will be no people.

"People have to know how big their house is and it is not the total of the house, that there are areas where people are not going to be like the kitchen, those areas should not be counted for the capacity, so only the area where they go to be the people and there then determine if all are going to be vaccinated 100% and if not then 50%”, she explained.

She added that once the person submits the request to the Regional Health Directorate, the entity's staff will proceed to carry out an inspection and then give the authorization, in addition, they will be carrying out operations to guarantee compliance with the sanitary measures.

"Remember that you have to request this 100% capacity in the health region that corresponds to you and continue with all biosecurity measures, if you do not have this request in the health region then it is considered that it should be 50% (of capacity) and we will be with the team doing these operations to verify that all these provisions are met ... the staff attends, makes the inspection at the residence and determines if they can actually do this meeting with 100% of the capacity, which is that everyone are vaccinated, all those who are within this activity have to be vaccinated, if they are not going to be vaccinated they cannot have 100%,” she stressed.
