This Panama tourism campaign is aimed at passengers from Central and South American countries.
Tourism of
vaccines , is the recovery plan with the tourism authorities of Panama before the fall of the sector and the "surplus
vaccines" that could happen towards the end of the year.
Ernesto Orillac, president of the National Chamber of Tourism of Panama (Camtur), explained that the last quarter of the year is expected to start with this plan, considering that by early October Panamanians should have completed their anticovid vaccination scheme.
As he explained, this campaign is aimed at passengers from Central and South American countries.
To be immunized in Panama, travelers will have to come to apply their first dose and return for the second. In addition, they must stay a minimum of nights and consume a series of tourist packages to access
vaccines.
For its part, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, asks to evaluate the measures imposed on tourists in Panama; as well as the obligation to carry out tests at the Tocumen International Airport to enter the country and move to island areas such as Taboga.
