In the last 24 hours, Panama registered a total of 969 new cases of
COVID-19 , raising the number of infections to 391,190, as reported by the Ministry of Health (
Minsa ).
According to the epidemiological report for this Thursday, June 17, one (1) death has been recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of deaths to 6,458 from
coronavirus in the country. The lethality of the virus is 1.7%.
374,703 recovered patients are also reported.
