The MINSA budget (2019) is around $ 2,000,000,000.00.
With the very high level of corruption in Panama (according to Transparency International around 70%) there are certainly many opportunities to give away the money. How much of it is for health? Maybe it's 5% - that would be $ 100,000,000.00 after all? $ 25 per inhabitant. At $ 5 per vaccination dose, you can get 5 vaccinations against corona. - "But that's not healthy!" - say the right experts. Then it is better to trust the immune system. It is incorruptible and works 24/7 - for a lifetime.
