Panama reports 358 new COVID-19 cases and 5 deaths in 24 hours

10,128 new tests to detect covid-19 were applied in the last hours. The positivity is 3.5%.
Panama registered 358 new cases of covid-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 364,576, reported the Ministry of Health ( Minsa ) through its epidemiological report.

Meanwhile, 5 new deaths from this disease were reported, bringing the total number of deaths in Panama to 6,232. The fatality is 1.7%.

10,128 new tests to detect covid-19 were applied in the last hours. The positivity is 3.5%.

Currently, the Minsa report indicates, there are 3,959 active cases and 354,385 recovered patients.

Of the total active cases, 3,587 patients are isolated, of them 3,416 in their residences and 171 in hospital hotels, while 372 are hospitalized, of which 306 are in the ward and 66 in intensive care units.
