Panama reports 356 new COVID-19 cases and 4 deaths in 24 hours

There are a total of 355,828 recovered patients and 3,895 active COVID-19 cases, of which 3,528 are in home isolation.
After reporting a total of 356 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, Panama raised its number of infections to 365,975, according to the epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health.

Meanwhile, 4 new deaths were reported, totaling 6,252 deaths from this virus in the country.

The case fatality rate remains at 1.7%.

8,724 new tests were carried out to detect COVID -19, for a percentage of positivity of 4%.

There are a total of 355,828 recovered patients and 3,895 active cases.

Of the total active cases, 3,528 people are in isolation, of which 3,342 are at home and 186 in hotels; while 367 patients are hospitalized, of them 307 in ward and 307 in intensive care.
