Panama reports 262 new COVID-19 cases and 3 deaths in 24 hours

The number of hospitalized is 255, of which 201 are in the ward and 54 in intensive care.
This Thursday, September 30, 262 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in Panama , for a cumulative total of 467,113 infections, according to the epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health ( Minsa ).

In the last 24 hours, 3 deaths were registered, to raise the total number of deaths to 7,228, the lethality of this virus remains at 1.5%. 2 deaths of a previous date are registered.

On the other hand, 7,648 tests were applied and the percentage of positivity is 3.4%.

The number of active cases is 3,295, of which there are 3,400 in home isolation; 2,913 at home and 127 in hotels.
