Panama reports 257 new COVID-19 cases and 4 deaths in 24 hours

The number of hospitalized is 279, in ward there are 224 and in intensive care 55.
According to the epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health (Minsa), this Saturday, September 25, 257 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in Panama, for a total of 465,993 accumulated infections.

In the last 24 hours there were 4 deaths, which raised the total number of deaths to 7,201, the lethality of this virus remains at 1.5%.

On the other hand, 8,409 tests were applied and the percentage of positivity is 3%.

The number of active cases is 3,673, of which there are 3,394 in home isolation; 3,264 at home and 130 in hotels.
