Panama reports 185 new COVID-19 cases and 6 deaths in 24 hours

To date, Panama has 3,573 active cases and 455,397 recovered patients, informed the Minsa through its epidemiological report.
The Ministry of Health ( Minsa ) of Panama notified 185 new cases of covid-19 in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of infections registered in the country to 466,178.

Meanwhile, 6 deaths were reported due to this disease, for a total of 7,208 deaths. The fatality is at 1.5%.

A death from an earlier date was updated, the Ministry said.

On the other hand, 5,280 new tests to detect covid-19 were applied in the last hours. The positivity is at 3.5%.

To date, Panama has 3,573 active cases and 455,397 recovered patients, according to the epidemiological report of the Minsa.

Of the total number of infected patients, 3,292 are isolated, of them 3,154 at home and 138 in hospital hotels.

While 281 patients are hospitalized, of which 226 are in ward and 55 in intensive care units.
