Panama reports 1,144 new COVID-19 cases and 7 deaths in 24 hours

There are to date 13,065 active cases and 405,811 recovered patients, according to the epidemiological report from the Minsa.
21 July 2021, The Ministry of Health ( Minsa ) of Panama reported 1,144 new cases of covid-19 and 7 deaths from this disease in the last 24 hours.

With these new figures, the total accumulated cases of covid-19 in Panama rises to 425,599 and that of deaths to 6,723. The fatality is at 1.6%.

13,888 tests to detect covid-19 were applied in the last hours. The positivity is at 8.2%.

There are to date 13,065 active cases and 405,811 recovered patients, according to the epidemiological report from the Minsa.

Of the total number of infected patients, 12,288 are isolated, of them 11,937 at home and 351 in hospital hotels.

While 777 patients are hospitalized, of which 643 are in ward and 134 in intensive care units.
