Panama reports 1,041 new COVID-19 cases and 9 deaths in 24 hours

To date, Panama maintains 13,502 active cases and has 401,758 recovered patients, according to the epidemiological report of the Minsa, 17 July 2021.
In the last 24 hours, Panama registered 1,041 new cases of covid-19, raising to 421,957 the total accumulated infections in the country, reported the Ministry of Health ( Minsa ) through its epidemiological report.

Meanwhile, the Minsa reported 9 deaths in the last hours due to this disease, bringing the total number of deaths to 6,697. The fatality is at 1.6%.

13,696 tests to detect covid-19 were applied in the last hours. The positivity is at 7.6%.

To date, Panama maintains 13,502 active cases and has 401,758 recovered patients.

Of the total of infected patients 12,769 are isolated, of them 12,408 at home and 361 in hospital hotels.

While 733 patients are hospitalized, of which 628 are in ward and 105 in intensive care units.

Covid-19 is a real virus and not a game. It has impacted every country on this planet and continues to kill and until this is behind us it should be the number one story. Those that continue to ignore science and data can find a crappy YouTube video to watch that will validate their thinking if they don't like the truth reported here.
