Panama registers 362 new COVID-19 cases and 4 deaths in the last 24 hours

There are currently 3,899 active covid-19 cases and 353,774 recovered patients, said the Minsa.
In the last 24 hours, Panama registered 326 new cases of covid-19 and 4 deaths, reported the Ministry of Health ( Minsa ) through its epidemiological report.

With these figures, the total number of accumulated cases rises to 363,895 and 2 deaths from previous days are updated, totaling 6,222 the number of deaths due to this disease in the country.

According to the epidemiological report of the Minsa, the case fatality rate of the virus is 1.7%.

9,134 tests to detect covid-19 were applied in the last hours. The positivity is at 3.9%.

There are currently 3,899 active covid-19 cases and 353,774 recovered patients, said the Minsa.

There are 3,543 patients in isolation, 3,380 of them in their residences and 163 in hospital hotels, while 356 patients are hospitalized, of which 287 are in the ward and 69 in intensive care units.
