Dengue patients without alarm sign reside in the townships of Betania (1), Parque Lefevre (1), Curundú (1), Pueblo Nuevo (4), Tocumen (1) and Veracruz (1).

In Don Bosco and Parque Lefevre the 2 cases of dengue with warning signs are located.

The Minsa warned that the townships with a higher infestation rate, due to mosquito breeding sites are:

Pedregal with 6.5%

The health authorities seek to reduce the percentages of infestation. They ask the population to avoid the formation of breeding sites while constant spraying is carried out to prevent the proliferation of the adult mosquito.

Dengue, transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, is an endemic disease in some tropical, subtropical and even temperate areas.
