Panama increases to 74.3% the percentage of those vaccinated in the country

In Panama, 5,563,762 vaccines have been applied against Covid-19 according to the PAI report.
The epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health of Panama (Minsa) reported that according to the statistics sent this Sunday by the Expanded Program of Immunization ( PAI ) 74.3% of the population contemplated in the vaccination scheme, have already completed the immunization against COVID-19 with the two doses.

The Minsa highlights that in Panama 5,563,762 vaccines have been applied against COVID-19 according to the PAI report. Of this total, 4,814,454 doses of Pfizer vaccine and 749,308 of AstraZeneca have been placed.

Minsa adds that 2,992,863 correspond to first doses; 2,568,080 are second doses and 2,819 are third doses.

This Sunday the days of vaccination by sweeping the population from the age of 12 continued: 265 vaccines were placed in the Santiago Mall in Veraguas and 46 doses were applied in Herrera.

As i think about it, I know of probably 100 people here in Panamá and the US that have had both shots and not one has become mortally ill or died.

I wonder when they allow people to go outside without a mask on. Pretty much everybody had the vaccine and there is very limited chances to transmit the virus on the outside.

Out of 5.5 million corona vaccinations in Panama, around 8,000 side effects and around 800 most serious side effects must have occurred. There may have been around 80 vaccine deaths in Panama. Such information is simply concealed in Panama and this is very worrying.
