Panama registered a total of 1,250 new cases of
COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, raising the number of accumulated infections to 426,849, as reported by the Ministry of Health (
Minsa).
According to the epidemiological report for this Thursday, July 22, 2021, 7 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of deaths to 6,730 from
coronavirus in the country. The lethality of the virus is 1.6%.

Of the total number of infected patients, 12,280 are home-isolated, 11,946 of them at home and 334 in hospital hotels.
