After an intermediate hearing for the massacre of 7 young people in a bunker in Colón , where 10 testimonial evidence and 14 expert witnesses were admitted against the 2 investigated, the judges decreed an open recess until next Monday, June 14.
These tests are added to the 20 testimonial tests, which were admitted by a judge during the Guarantees hearing.
It is about the investigation into the massacre of 7 young people, which occurred in July 2020, in Espinar.
The families of the young people, murdered on July 17, 2020 in a forested area of Espinar, through different protest and pressure actions have demanded justice from the authorities, since more than the 6 months contemplated by the System have passed Accusatory criminal for the investigation and initiation of the judicial process of the two accused for these acts of violence.
On July 17, 2020, a group of 13 young people was in Gatun Lake, when the murderers arrived with a firearm and intimidated them, allegedly stripping them of their personal items and leading three of them to the bunker in this sector, where they were subsequently shot.
On August 4, one of the alleged linked, a resident of Valle Verde, decided to surrender to the authorities, affected by guilt, and revealed the details of the murder he committed together with another person who was arrested in Puerto Escondido on August 5.
