National Assembly seeks reinstatement of Conato to Dialogue by CSS
Conato considers that this dialogue table for the CSS is illegitimate as it does not have the workers' sector represented.
The president of the National Assembly, Crispiano Adames, met this Monday with the National Council of Organized Workers (Conato), with the purpose of "achieving reincorporation to the dialogue by the Social Security Fund (CSS)."
Through a resolution approved with 45 votes in favor, 3 abstentions, and one vote against, the National Assembly urged the Government to rethink the dialogue table and return it to a tripartite system, in which the only actors are the employers, workers and the State, under the coordination of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
This initiative generated the rejection of the actors of the dialogue table, which are about 26 representations, because if this is approved, the rest of the actors would be spectators and would not intervene in the decisions made.
After this rejection, the Assembly seeks the return of Conato to the dialogue table, which has started for about five months.
