The Ministry of Health (Minsa) authorized the reactivation of works and construction projects in terminal 2 of Tocumen International Airport.

Sucre, through resolution No. 654 of July 20, 2020, gave the go-ahead for the restart of the expansion project of the air terminal corresponding to contract No. 038/12.
Only 100 workers will be allowed to participate. For the construction of phase I of parking lots of terminal 2 and the study and construction of phase II of parking lots of terminal 2, 60 workers may participate.
According to a statement from Tocumen Airport, contractors are warned that they must carry out these projects only and exclusively. Active workers must reside in the areas surrounding the project or in the province. If workers from other areas are required, they must have a
COVID-19 test, prior to the start of work, and they will not be able to leave until their completion.
