The mayor of Santiago, Samid Sandoval held this Thursday a meeting with the district justices of the peace with a view to strengthening preventive actions for greater controls and sanctions for those who fail to comply with the decrees issued by that municipality and the Ministry of Health in order to mitigate the COVID-19 infections that show a slight increase in that city of Veracruz.
It should be noted that on Wednesday Mayor Sandoval decreed this Wednesday the prohibition of parties, dance events and shows in open and closed venues in this city.
In addition, in the publication of the decree, Sandoval added that he would coordinate with the Minsa and the justices of the peace to impose the necessary sanctions on those who fail to comply with the measures.
