The Executive Decree No. 122 whereby the reactivation of certain economic activities is authorized from March 6 in the province of Herrera, was issued Friday in the Official Gazette.
As detailed in the document, from this Saturday the operations of gyms, massage rooms and spas in that province may be reactivated.
It points out that for the purposes of this reopening and to avoid crowds, gyms must meet a capacity of up to 50% of their capacity, including their employees, while the case of massage rooms and spas, may only be attend through prior appointments.
Likewise, the Decree indicates that the marinas and sport fishing are authorized to begin reopening.
It adds that all these activities must comply with the biosafety guidelines established by the Ministry of Health (
Minsa) to prevent the spread of
COVID-19; and it will correspond to the
Minsa, in coordination with the public security bodies and the Joint Task Force, to ensure compliance with these measures.
The violation of these provisions will be sanctioned by the authorities.
It is worth mentioning that the reopening of these sectors is carried out due to the significant reduction in
coronavirus cases in recent weeks.
