Government will dispurse $100 million in Cepadem starting September
The Government will make the transfer to the National Bank to make the payment of the Cepadem effective.
The National Government announced that in September of this fiscal period it will make the third disbursement corresponding to the Negotiable Payment Certificates of the Second Item of the Thirteenth Month (Cepadem).
“We will be transferring to the National Bank around $100 million, so that the entity can make effective the certificates that expire in September of this year”, said Mateo Castillero, director of Investment Programming, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance ( MEF ).
In the MEF statement it was detailed that around $310 million in certificates have been paid to date, with some $50 million, for the benefit of about 70 thousand people.
