Floods reported in several sectors of the capital city after heavy rain

Etesa Hydrometeorology has predicted the presence of heavy rains coinciding with the rising tide, which would cause flooding in urban areas.
This Saturday afternoon a heavy rain and lightings were registered over the capital city, which caused several sectors to register several floods.

Areas such as Río Abajo, Frangipani Avenue, Lefevre Park, Valencia Square, Domigo Díaz Avenue, El Crisol and Carrasquilla, were affected by the floods.

In some of these sectors, homes were affected and some cars were stuck.

The Department of Hydrometeorology of Etesa has predicted the presence of heavy rains coinciding with the rise of the tide, which could cause possible urban floods in Panama and West Panama, for which a Warning notice was issued until 5:00 pm of this Saturday June 12.

If this wouldnt happen EVERY year (because another Goverment-Idiot filled his pockets rather than building a proper sewer/drainage-system) ....
One could think that there have been DUMBS (and in dont mean the population) flooded. *I hope so*
