Decree that establishes Sunday quarantine and curfew extension in several districts is promulgated

The industrial and commercial activities that operate in the districts where the restrictive measures will be implemented, may remain open until one hour before the curfew.

The restrictive measures of total quarantine on Sundays and the extension of the curfew announced by the Ministry of Health for various regions of Panama, have already been promulgated by Executive Decree No. 797.

Anton

The document establishes that as of Sunday, July 11, a total quarantine measure is established on Sundays, without working hours or mobility in the district of Antón, in the province of Coclé, which will run from 10:00 p.m. on Saturday to 10:00 p.m. 4:00 am on Monday.

In addition to a curfew from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 pm to 4:00 pm The quarantine remains in effect on Sundays in the districts of Penonomé and Aguadulce.

Donoso

In the district of Donoso, in the province of Colón, as of Monday, July 12, a curfew will be implemented from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. and shops will close at 9:00 p.m.

For the district of Colón, the total quarantine measure will remain in force on Sundays without working hours or mobility.

Gualaca

The curfew will be applied in the district of Gualaca, province of Chiriquí from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am and the closing of businesses at 9:00 pm

The curfew is maintained from 12:00 am to 4:00 am and the closing of shops at 10:00 pm in the districts of Remedios, Renacimiento, San Félix and San Lorenzo.

Chepo

As of July 12, it is established in the district of Chepo, province of Panama that the curfew will be from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am and the closing of the establishments at 9:00 pm

The curfew is maintained for the townships of Pacora, Alcalde Díaz, Chilibre, Caimitillo, Ernesto Córdoba Campos and Las Cumbres, district of Panama, from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Las Tablas

In the district of Las Tablas, in the province of Los Santos, in addition to the total quarantine on Sundays, a curfew will be implemented as of July 12 from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. shops close at 7:00 pm

The rest of the districts will continue with the measures already established, and the Minsa team will remain vigilant of the situation both from the epidemiological point of view and from the point of view of hospital capacity in this province.

Chitre

In the district of Chitré, province of Herrera, as of July 12, a curfew is established from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. and shops will close at 7:00 p.m.

In addition to the total quarantine measure on Sundays, which ranges from Saturday at 8:00 pm to Monday at 4:00 am

The rest of the districts will have a curfew from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am

Other

In the communities of Ailigandi and Armila, in the Guna Yala region, restrictive measures and sanitary fences are lifted, since the spread of the virus has been effectively controlled.

Excepted from the total quarantine on Sundays, people who come to be vaccinated in the districts that are carrying out vaccination days and the people who are working in this process.
