Decree promulgated that dictates new mobility measures for several provinces and districts

The commercial and industrial activities that operate in each region may remain open until one hour before the corresponding curfew.

This Friday, Executive Decree No. 790 was promulgated in the Official Gazette, through which new mobility provisions are established in various provinces and districts of the Republic of Panama.

Colon province

The document indicates that as of this June 27 in the district of Colón, a total quarantine will begin to apply on Sundays without working hours or mobility, which will include from Saturday at 10:00 p.m. to Monday at 4:00 p.m. A.M; as well as a curfew from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am

The curfew measure is maintained from 12:00 mn to 4:00 am and the closing of business premises at 10:00 pm, in the rest of the districts of the province of Colón.

Herrera province

The total quarantine measure is established on Sundays in the Chitré district, Herrera province without working hours or mobility, from Saturday at 10:00 pm to Monday at 4:00 am; and curfew from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am

For the rest of the province, the curfew is maintained from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am; Except for the districts of Santa María, Las Minas, Ocú and Los Pozos, which will maintain a curfew from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Los Santos Province

Likewise, a total quarantine will be implemented on Sundays in the districts of Las Tablas, Macaracas and Los Santos, from Saturday at 10:00 pm to Monday at 4:00 am; and the curfew from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am

For the rest of the province of Los Santos, the curfew measure from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am is maintained and the districts of Pedasí and Pocrí are exempt from this measure, where the 12 curfew will be maintained: 00 mn to 4:00 am

Lifting of the quarantine on Sundays:

Chiriqui Province

As of Monday, June 28, the quarantine measure will be lifted on Sundays in the province of Chiriquí, where a curfew will be maintained from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

For the districts of Remedios, Renacimiento, Gualaca, San Félix, Tolé and San Lorenzo, a curfew is established from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

Veraguas Province

The quarantine measure is lifted on Sundays in the San Francisco district, where the curfew will be maintained from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 am

For the districts of Santiago, Atalaya, La Mesa and Soná, the total quarantine remains in force on Sundays, without working hours or mobility, from Saturday at 10:00 pm to Monday at 4:00 am

On the other hand, in the districts of Las Palmas, Cañazas, Montijo, Calobre, Santa Fe, Mariato, Río de Jesús and San Francisco the curfew is maintained from 12:00 am to 4:00 am

The commercial and industrial activities that operate in each region may remain open until one hour before the corresponding curfew.
