Curfew is extended and openings and activities are suspended in districts of Veraguas
The Ministry of Health established restrictions in two districts of the province of Veraguas due to the significant increase in positive cases of COVID-19.
Given that this province has only one hospital and its installed capacity in the ICU is above the proposed indicator, like the RT, which is above 1, communication campaigns will be intensified and a curfew will run from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am in the districts of Soná and San Francisco.
In addition, quarantine Sundays are established again in these districts, and openings are suspended.
Likewise, the control points will be increased, activities such as: beaches, seaside resorts, rivers and cinemas are suspended; and the meetings are reduced to no more than 10 people.
In this province a weekly evaluation of the health situation will be carried out.
