As we can see in the news from around the world the people are finally saying NO. If Panama locks down again every person in the country should just say NO. The cops and governments can not arrest the entire population. Tell the ones at high risk to protect themselves a d let the rest carry on. Panama maybe needs to sent some doctors to Thailand as they have virtually no deaths and see what they seem to be doing right
