The Comptroller's Office details that 1,044 inclusions correspond to nurses; and 943 inclusions correspond to nursing technicians.
The Comptroller General of the Republic reported this Thursday that according to data from the National Supervision Directorate, a total of 1,044 nurses and 943 nursing technicians have been included in the State payroll until May.
This makes a total of 1,986 inclusions between nurses and nursing technicians, which translates into a total amount of $2,229,663.
The Comptroller's Office details that this amount is broken down into $1,384,115, to make the payment to the 1,044 nurses; while an amount of $845,558 will correspond to the payment of the nursing technicians.
He reiterates that the Government reinforced the body of nurses and nursing technicians, due to the
COVID-19 pandemic, in order to guarantee a better service to the country, mainly during the vaccination day.
“The report highlights that March was the month with the most inclusions with 1,545 nurses and nursing technicians. 794 were nurses and 751 nursing technicians ”, highlights the Comptroller's Office.
